PRIVACY POLICY - DATA PROTECTION AND CONSENT POLICY

 

CiberConceito - Informática e Serviços Unipessoal Lda., a sole proprietorship company, with headquarters at Rua Alto do Viso, 78, 4460-222 Senhora da Hora, Portugal, with the single registration number and legal entity 505083990 (hereinafter CIBERCONCEITO), collects and processes personal data from its Clients, such as

 

a) name;

b) address;

c) tax identification number;

d) fixed and mobile telephone numbers;

e) e-mail address;

 

The Client freely and expressly accepts and consents, by means of an unequivocal positive act, to authorize that his/her personal data, requested or optionally provided by him/her, be collected and processed by Cyberconcept under the terms herein provided.

 

The communication of personal data does not constitute any legal obligation, however, it is necessary for Cyberconcept to be able to proceed with the execution of the service provision contracts signed and the respective invoicing, as well as the disclosure and promotion of marketing activities related to the Company's activity.

 

CiberConcept is responsible for processing the personal data of its Clients and consists of the operation or set of operations carried out on those personal data, by automated or non-automated means.

 

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, all Cyberconcept Customers have the right to:

 

a) access their personal data at any time;

b) at any time, withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;

c) to proceed with or request the correction of any personal data that the Holder of the personal data has provided;

d) oppose their use for marketing and/or advertising purposes;

e) request the portability of personal data, to the entity that, for this purpose, indicates;

f) request the erasure of any personal data which it has provided in this way, and which are not necessary for the fulfilment of any legal obligations by the entity responsible for their collection;

g) to be informed by the Cyberconcept if it intends to process the personal data for purposes other than those for which consent is hereby given.

Without prejudice to the foregoing rights, personal data will be stored and conserved by Ciberconcept for the period of time strictly necessary for the accomplishment of the respective purposes, always in compliance with legal criteria, the principle of necessity and minimization of the conservation time.

 

CiberConcept guarantees the protection of your personal data against any loss, destruction, alteration, access or improper or unauthorized use by adopting all the measures legally required for this purpose.

 

CiberConceito uses security certificates, firewalls and antivirus in its network; it controls and records access to installations and the network, performs regular backups of its systems, has duly certified Datacenters - ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 27001 (Security) - and has a passwords management policy and other security access methods, which allows it to ensure the permanent confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the systems and data processing services.

 

CiberConcept has the ability to restore the availability of and access to personal data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident and has a process for testing, assessing and regularly evaluating the effectiveness of technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of processing.

 

The holder of the personal data is also fully and clearly informed that he or she may lodge any complaint regarding the violation of his or her rights with the National Data Protection Commission.

 

CiberConcept may, at any time, alter, modify, add, or rectify this data protection policy and the provision of consent, under the terms and in compliance with the legislation in force.
